Convert to Xero was designed to empower business owners who wish to transition from their current software to Xero. It provides step-by-step guidance on determining if this task is suitable for them, preparing data for export, signing up to Xero, and importing crucial information such as accounts, invoices, bills, and bank statements.

This multimedia program includes a series of videos, featuring product demonstrations and webinars, integrated within the elearning lessons. Additionally, these videos have been uploaded to YouTube as a convenient playlist

In my role as the Production project lead, I oversaw the design and delivery process of these lessons. This included scoping, resource planning, production design and delivery, testing, and content upload.
