Education month is a Global initiative designed to focus on content that is about the Xero product and how to run a beautiful business. With tailored educational experiences for Partners, Small Businesses and those seeking to know more about how they can elevate their businesses. It runs in each of our primary markets over the course of one month throughout the year. Each week, a mix of live and recorded education sessions will be delivered for Partners and Small Business owners.
This was one of the biggest education projects that Xero has ever done and I was assigned the task of Production Lead. I was responsible for planning and scoping all digital production resources and delivery. This involved working with multiple teams across multiple time zones to make sure we created a seamless process and experience for our Small Business owners and Partners.
I worked with the internal design Hub on creating consistent branding materials that would run across all media platforms including social media. This included a specific Education Month logo, slide deck design and intro and outro motion graphics. This was also used by any external agency we worked with throughout the project to make sure all material was on brand.
In total as a team we worked on over two hundred webinar recordings and slide decks. The project had a huge global impact with over 100,000 registrations and 40,000 attendees.
