Description:

The Xero Practice Manager (XPM) self-Implementation program was specifically developed for practices seeking to independently implement XPM. The primary objective of the program was to address challenges associated with unsuccessful implementation and user frustrations.

The XPM program includes 7 courses with a total of 18 lessons, as well as 12 instructional videos that provide comprehensive guidance on effectively using XPM. We also created 3 sets of PDF checklists that users can download and use.

In my role, I played a crucial part in creating the elearning lessons using Xero's authoring tool, Evolve. This involved capturing, editing, and organising a wide range of product screen captures. Additionally, I collaborated with stakeholders to develop interactive elements that perfectly complemented the lesson content.
