The New Zealand (NZ) Payroll Certification was specifically developed to highlight the advantages of using Xero Payroll for businesses. It provides users with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively set up Payroll in Xero.

This certification program comprises 16 lessons and a video tutorial. The success of this project was a collaborative effort involving multiple teams within the organisation, including Compliance, Customer Experience, Product, Education & Production

As the Production Project Lead, I was responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of these lessons. This involved careful scoping, resource planning, production, testing, and content upload. I managed the production process, including capturing and editing product screen captures, recording and editing audio and video, while ensuring timely and seamless delivery.

This course was highly anticipated by Xero users and has received outstanding feedback.
